I almost forgot, but today around 10 o’clock someone from CSS Telecom will visit *your company*. Can you please receive this person (Mr. X or Mr Y). He wil pay the visit to check some things about the IT environment at *your company*. *A colleague from you in the NL* knows more about this, so call him for further questions. *Your colleague* will also be available for input by phone if CSS has questions.
